Mass and Load Restraint Requirements Continue To Be Enforced

This release from the National Heavy Vehicle Regulator within their fortnightly newsletter On The Road (Issue 146) further highlights the responsibility being placed upon transport operators to ensure they have adequate procedures in place regarding mass and load restraint. If an operator isn't aware of their requirements it could expose them to sanctions or result in an incident occurring.

Not all operators have personnel dedicated to addressing these issues, and many choose to outsource the work. BTT Engineering can assist with developing Mass and Load Restraint policies and certification of systems to ensure operators are meeting their obligations
