Chain of Responsibility - Do You Know Where You Stand

The NHVR's latest news release highlights how CoR (chain of responsibility) measures are critical to avoiding workplace incidents. CoR legislation can mean that anyone involved in heavy vehicles bears some responsibility for its operation. This could include (but not limited to) those that manage worksites to anyone involved in loading, driving, maintaining or modifying a vehicle. The release can be accessed below:
